We operate the Programme but we are not a retailer, a County Cricket Club or a bookmaker.  We do not sell or supply any of the products or services that you may spend your Points on when making a purchase with Lancashire Cricket and any contract to purchase goods and services is between you and Lancashire Cricket.  We are also not in a partnership with them in a legal sense which means we are not liable for what they do.

If any disputes or issues arise in connection with any products or services that you purchase from Lancashire Cricket (when using Points) then your rights and remedies are against them and not us and we accept no liability for any claims that may arise.
